  • Automated chat: Amazon Web Services stores short-lived chat sessions, processes messages through Amazon Bedrock, and sends inquiry notifications through Amazon SES
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • Consent: With your explicit consent for specific purposes

4. Data Security

The current website contact workflow uses the following safeguards:

  • HTTPS for information transmitted through the website
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting, validation, and spam quarantine for contact submissions
  • AWS-managed encryption for the contact-lead data store
  • Restricted access through configured cloud permissions

No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit credentials, secrets, patient information, tax records, IP lists, or asset inventories through the public contact form.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Specific retention periods vary by data type:

  • Account information: Duration of service relationship plus 7 years
  • Contact-workflow operational and security logs: approximately 90 days unless needed for an investigation
  • Quarantined contact submissions: approximately 30 days
  • Legitimate contact leads: retained only as long as needed for the inquiry and documented business or legal requirements
  • Automated chat session messages: approximately 7 days under the current technical configuration
  • Billing records: 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
  • Support communications: 3 years

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot prevention. Turnstile may process IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction signals under Cloudflare's applicable privacy terms. The form does not use browser fingerprinting created by AriaNet or collect precise location.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.
