1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AriaNet Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

AriaNet Technologies markets the following service categories. Availability and scope are established only in a written proposal and executed agreement:

• Fully managed IT services
• Co-managed IT services
• Managed cloud operations and scoped cloud projects
• Scoped IT and security assessments

3. Service Level Agreements

Service hours, monitoring, after-hours eligibility, onsite service, response targets, exclusions, and remedies are defined in the applicable executed agreement. This website does not create an uptime, response-time, or availability guarantee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain current contact information
• Follow security policies and procedures
• Report issues promptly through designated channels
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

Confidentiality, security controls, regulated-data responsibilities, data processing, incident obligations, subcontractors, and any Business Associate Agreement are defined in the applicable executed agreements. AriaNet does not certify or guarantee a customer's legal or regulatory compliance through this website.

6. Limitation of Liability

AriaNet Technologies' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. AriaNet Technologies reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of terms. Upon termination, all data will be returned or securely destroyed as requested.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, software, and documentation remain with AriaNet Technologies or our licensors. Clients retain ownership of their data and business information.

9. Modifications

AriaNet Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte, NC.
